2019 UniqueSource Membership Conference

Sessions include:

·      Keynote: Curt Topper, Secretary of General Services: The conference will begin with a presentation from Mr. Topper, discussing various programs that are in the works with UniqueSource and how they will provide more opportunities for our members.

·       Succession Planning: Anne Gingerich, MSW, Executive Director of the PA Association of Non Profits (PANO) will present, “Ensuring your Work lives Beyond You.”  Learn about the types of Succession planning, who should do the planning and what the Roles of the Board, Executive Director and Key Staff should be.

·      Franchising: Vince Loose, President & CEO, UniqueSource and Dean Marino, InspiriTec will share our journey to date on this exciting new opportunity for UniqueSource and its members, and what the proposed structure will be going forward.

·       Former Congressional Representative, Jon Porter, Nevada (R) of the Porter Group and Eric Battisti of Buchanon, Ingersoll and Rooney (UniqueSource’s Government Relations firms), will share their perspectives on the many changes in Congress in DC and the Legislature here in PA and how that may affect all of us.

·       Janitorial session: Laurie E. Holmes, Health & Wellness Specialist, CRCST of Americhem will be presenting an overview on deciphering the differences in Healthcare cleaning vs. our typical janitorial work at a time when UniqueSource is making great strides in obtaining many janitorial opportunities in the exciting new arena for us.

·       Product session: Our Sales team will discuss UniqueSource’s current initiatives on market research and opportunity identification for our members.  

·       Recruitment and Retention Best Practices: Recruitment is a dynamic and ever changing field, dominated by new technologies and shifting candidate priorities. Come learn some of the innovative ways your colleagues are solving these problems.

·       State of UniqueSource: Vince Loose, President & CEO of UniqueSource:  – Vince will share an overview of the “State of UniqueSource” as we close out this year' conference.
